The staff was excellent and the room was clean and cosy. The location of the hotel was comfortable and excellent - relatively near a Hyde park.

The stuff was very friendly and catered to our every need. Truly enjoyed that we where close to a tube station, it was great for exploring London.

Close to a subway station, the location was marvellous and comfortable, in the middle of the city. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Shame the bathroom was too small.
